Camera woes

So I actually shot more than 2 photos today, but my camera got really crabby and crapped out on me. Poo.

I will admit it, I was really suffering yesterday in that too-small skirt, so I vowed I would dress comfortably today. I bought this dress when it was super hot during the summer and I wanted something I could just throw on and bum around in. It has pockets and I LOVE it. The same goes for this cardigan, only the winter version - I wanted something I could wear around the house (ha!) that would be easy and comfy. It has like 2 buttons, one of which is broken in half, but I totally don't care and sometimes I even wear it work. So sue me.

I am super proud of this scarf, which I knit a few years ago. It's my second Springtime Bandit (the first one was a gift) and I absolutely adore it. Never mind that I didn't ever actually weave in the ends, and the bindoff is way too tight ...

Cardigan: Thrifted, no label except a nametag from a local nursing home
Scarf: Handknit
Dress: Thrifted
Leggings: Walmart (hey, I ain't proud but I am honest)
Boots: Franco Sarto

  1. you actually knit that scarf?! that's amazing, i can barely sew in a straight line let alone create something from scratch! and i love this outfit, it definitely looks comfy :)

    1. Thanks, Marlen! I am also terrible at sewing, but I love knitting because no mistake is ever permanent - you can always rip it out and try again!I am a super slow knitter but I enjoy it - it's the absolute best way to feel productive while watching TV or listening to the radio/podcasts.
