This shirt dress is probably the vintage piece I've had for the longest. When my husband and I lived in Portland in 2001 (has it really been that long?), we used to go thrift shopping almost every Saturday during the summer, and I picked up this dress at one of the thrift stores that used to be out on 82nd. It was love at first sight, and it continues to be a favorite piece of mine, but I don't wear it as often anymore because these days it fits a bit more ... snug than it used to. I added the wrap sweater at the last minute today to give the outfit a better line (i.e., to give me a waist).
And here are the sparkly brown leggings! It's pretty cold here today so I thought the extra warmth of leggings vs. tights would be welcome.
