I Can't Believe It's Vintage: Striped top + floral skirt

I picked up this skirt at my local Salvation Army (thrift haul post yet to come) and did a double-take when I saw a vintage label on it. The print looked so fresh and contemporary that I had to have a go at styling it before it sells in my Etsy shop.
